Believe in Yourself: Understand that consistent practice leads to improvement.
Work Together: Help your classmates and learn as a team.
Be Kind and Encouraging: Treat others with respect and support.
Respect Personal Space: Keep hands and feet to yourself; only engage physically during techniques.
Listen & Follow Directions: Pay attention to your instructors and ask questions politely

Complaining: Don’t argue or whine when something is challenging.
Getting Upset: Mistakes and losing are part of learning—keep trying.
Distracting Others: Pay attention and stay focused during class.
Fighting or Arguing: Always treat classmates and instructors with respect.
Being Disruptive: Avoid yelling, running around, or disturbing practice.
